Our Founder

Mr. Vijay Sharma, the Managing Director of M/s Trustwin Build Advisory Pvt Ltd, is a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in the industry. His professional journey began with Hindustan Unilever Ltd, going onto become seasoned in financial and real estate sector with ICICI Bank Ltd and Reliance Retail Ltd - where he spearheaded the launch of the first 20 Reliance Fresh outlets in Mumbai. His successful execution of a B2B project in distribution and logistics earned him recognition from Shri Mukesh Ambani.

Following his tenure at Reliance, Mr. Sharma joined Reliance Consumer Finance Ltd heading upper Maharashtra and Goa for their mortgage business, on special request of his superiors he rejoined ICICI Bank Ltd played a pivotal role in establishing the fastest-growing sales hub in Mumbai, year on year. His expertise extends to consulting for GLG, where he advises HFCs, Banks, NBFCs, HNIs, and other consulting groups on various projects, helping them make informed investment decisions in the financial sectors.

Before joining Trustwin Build Advisory, Mr. Sharma held the position of Regional Head (Asset Business -Mumbai) at ICICI Bank until 2015. He has also worked for renowned companies like HSBC, Reliance Consumer Ltd., and Hindustan Unilever. With over 20 years of experience and a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from MET, Mumbai, he is a respected figure in the Real Estate and Finance Industry.
